Channel Returns                                                                                                             

About the Job:

EE Channel Returns is a customer facing team dealing with Incoming & outgoing calls to Direct Customers wishing to return equipment under the Distance Selling Rules for all:

Brand New Connections & Upgrades purchased via the below Channels:

Telesales/ Web sales/ Retentions/ Upgrades/ Indirect Dealership/ EE Retail

Direct sales customers will contact Channel Returns if they wish to arrange a return within 14 days of the connection/upgrade, however if the equipment is faulty they have 30 days from the connection/upgrade to arrange a return.

Customers who purchase their equipment from a 3rd party dealership or an EE Retail Store would return the equipment to their point of purchase. The Dealer would then contact Channel Returns to arrange authorisation of the return and request for the details to be passed on for account management if applicable. The dealer then returns the equipment to the warehouse.
