Here at Restore Datashred, we are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to liaise with corporate customers and Account Managers to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner. Maintaining maximum efficiency and quality, you will strive to achieve all department and personal KPI’s, remain customer focused and keep up to date with department changes.
Building close working relationships with all areas of the business, the Customer Service Advisor will be pro-active in informing customers of any changes to their account/visits and complete company paperwork accurately and promptly in line with company procedures. You will also assist in ensuring the company journey starts in the correct place and promote the customer portal where applicable.
With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, you will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to extract relevant information and identify problems. Able to apply the principles of customer care, you will be able to prioritise own workload and deal with customer complaints, as and when they arise.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, this role will be based from home. When possible, it will then be based in our Purfleet office on a full time basis.
