Clearfield are currently working with a construction industry supplies company who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This role will involve dealing with incoming enquiries from new and existing customers and processing and managing their orders.
There will also be an administration element to this process so an attention to detail and IT literacy / good communication skills will be important.
Customer service experience is a must and construction knowledge / experience would also be useful!
