This role is a 6 month temporary rolling contract, Monday – Friday, 9 – 5.
This is a telephony based role – you will be helping customers over the phone with various business banking queries. There will be administrative tasks within this role also, and so some computer knowledge would be useful. However, there is 4-6 weeks’ training given on all systems and procedures.
Good customer service skills, good attention to detail and clear communication skills are key for this role. A good financial history is also needed as checks are done before you start as part of the application process.
