Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for Customer Service/Call Handlers to join the team of one of our high profile client.
Location: Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham
Start Date: 29th March
Pay Rate: £9.30
The ideal candidates will be self- motivated, experienced in customer service industry.
We will give you the tools to deliver exceptional customer service in a progressive and forward looking company.
As a Call Handler you will deal with both back-office and telephony customer queries. This will be via written communication or inbound calls, there is no requirement for outbound or cold calling. You will handle an active caseload of work; however, this does not involve complaint resolution only ensuring the correct customer outcome is achieved.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6
Pay rate: £9.30 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
