Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to work as a Customer Service Advisor for a well-known outsourcing company in the UK? Maybe you want to try something new and would like to experience a different work environment in a call centre? Maybe you have some free time and would like to stay busy and earn until the summer? Whatever your reason, we may have something for you.

With new changes on the horizon, we need a team of experienced Customer Service Advisors to process TV Licences at a call centre based in Bury, BL9 area and help us push this project over the line by the summer. We know short-term temporary contracts are not ideal, so there will be a reward scheme in place at the end of the contract, and that's just for doing your job!


The Role:
As the Customer Service Advisor, you will take incoming calls from customers with varied requests about TV licences from setting up a new licence, advising us of a change of address, to asking questions regarding policies and regulations.

You will be responsible for accurately capturing data and entering it on to the relevant systems to ensure customer details are kept up-to-date and providing a quality service to achieve first time resolution while promoting the legal requirements for a TV Licence.

Full training will be provided for 2 weeks which you must be able to fully commit to.


Requirements:
* Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills
* Be customer focused
* Computer literate
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Able to work towards agreed targets
* Experience within a Customer Service role in any capacity
* Previous Contact Centre experience would be an advantage but not a requirement


This role is offered through Blue Arrow on a temporary basis working 37.5hrs per week until August 2020.

All successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment vetting that includes a criminality check, financial probity check and journalism background check.
