Location: Stonehouse
Salary: £18,000
Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

I am looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a market leading manufacturer in Stonehouse.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be a first point of contact for inbound enquiries and complaints by telephone and email, delivering first class customer service and assistance to customers.

You will answer queries by providing information about products and services, respond to customer complaints by listening to the issues, determining root causes of issues and defects, and then liaising with colleagues and departments to solve issues accordingly.

Requirements to become the Customer Service Advisor:
" Previous office-based customer service/call centre experience with customer interaction via telephone is essential
" Experience of complaint resolution in a fast paced environment is essential
" The successful candidate will have great people and communication skills - friendly, patient, a strong listener and able to build rapport with people. A strong desire to deliver great customer service
" Strong administration skills, able to prioritise and work accurately and under pressure
" Strong MS office skills is essential, MS Access is an advantage
