Customer Service Advisor

A new opportunity has arisen within our Customer Services Team as a Customer Services Advisor.

You will be supporting the Customer Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for embedding the customer experience by delivering an outstanding service to all.
Working in line with our vision and values, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service. Throughout your interactions with our customer you will be expected to provide a professional, accurate and consistent standard of service in accordance with our policies. You will be expected to maintain knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements relevant to the role. You will be expected to engage in conversation and provide information to customer on the full range of financial products and services we offer. Full training will be provided.

Promote our products and services by identify customers needs
A strong attention to detail
The ability to work well within a team as well as working on your own initiative
Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally from a financial services background
Previous mortgage/financial administration and or collection experience would be advantageous
Proficient in the use of MS Word/ Excel and have the ability to learn new operating systems quickly
Good organisational skills
A confident and professional telephone manner

Salary : 16,550 to £18,500 depending on experience
Hours : Monday to Friday 09.00 am to 17.00 pm

We are quite flexible on hours and willing to discuss hours to suit the right candidate
