Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch. If you have previous retail, customer service or sales experience, this is an exciting position to be considered.
This a full time, permanent opportunity with a salary of £15,000 with OTE £24,000 - £25,000.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, and one weekend per calendar month.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone
• Booking customers in for appointments
• To record and update information accurately
• Speaking to customers via Live Chat or Social Media platforms
• Generating business leads

Skills and Experience needed:
• Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills
• Confident communication skills
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
