Pay rate: £8.27 p/h

• You will enjoy working within a busy, fast pace and vibrant call centre where you constantly strive to surpass customer expectation.
• This would ideally suit someone who has previous experience within Administration and working in a Contact/Call centre.
• Experience within the Legal sector is advantageous.
• Handling inbound calls
• Dealing with enquiries in a professional manner
• General Administration duties (filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.)
• Data entry
• Liaising with different departments to gather information
• Redirecting phone calls to the correct department
• Great Customer Service skills
• Highly organised
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience of working towards KPIs (targets)
• A warm telephone manner
• Be enthusiastic and engaging
• Have the willingness to learn and develop
