Then look no further as my client is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. They are a family owned business with family values and offer excellent staff benefits. They have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to excel in this successful company in their head office in South Bristol.
You will be responsible for creating a favourable first impression of the dealership and facilitating a good customer experience. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and gathering sufficient information from the caller to direct their call to the appropriate person or department, and taking messages as appropriate and forwarding them to the relevant person. You will also be expected to make outbound calls to establish customer satisfaction and bookings for existing and potential customers, as well as provide administrative support.
You must have strong communication skills with a friendly and professional telephone manner, and a good standard of literacy. You must also have the ability to remain calm under pressure, have teamwork skills with a flexible approach, be able to approach administrative tasks in an organised and methodical manner, and have IT skills (Internet, Outlook, Word etc).
Salary, Benefits and additional information:
Salary: circa £21,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: Pension scheme, childcare vouchers, Ride2Work scheme, motor industry discounts and 30 days holiday per full year, including statutory holidays.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week 08.30 -6.00 pm plus Saturday mornings (08.00 - 12.30 pm) on a rota basis.
