|Salary||£17000 - £18000 per annum||Sector||Call Centre & Customer Service|
Duties will include:
• Answering incoming customer calls
• Learning about the products offered
• Processing orders via in-house computer system
• Responding to customer emails
• Dealing with customer email queries and complaints in a timely manner
Skills and Experience needed:
• A confident telephone manner, used to dealing with inbound calls from customers
• Strong attention to detail
• A confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Educated to at least A-Level preferably or degree level would be a strong advantage
