Job Description

We are recruiting for an efficient Customer Service Advisor to work in a busy office dealing with customers, booking appointments and delivering excellent customer service, along with fantastic opportunity to earn additional commission.
This is a Full Time, Permanent role, based in Redditch.
With a salary of £17,000, and additional commission opportunities, OTE £23,000.
Working hours 8:30am- 5:30pm

The main duties will be:
• Handling requests for service or progress enquiries in a timely manner.
• Book in appointments for customers
• Answer incoming calls and take messages
• Use questioning and listening techniques to identify customer problems
• Promote and upsell the companies products and services

Skills and Experience needed:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task and prioritise
• Have a warm and empathetic manner
• Be able to work under pressure
