Your new company

Pertemps are currently working in partnership with a business that are a market leader in their field, supplying exceptional customer service to customers purchasing items from the fashion industy. This lovely contact centre answer calls, respond back to emails and webchats. They pride themselves on putting people first and being an award winning, successful business.

Your new role
• To be the first point of contact for incoming customer queries via email, phone or written correspondence.
• To investigate customer complaints and propose solutions, gaining authorisation
• Co-ordinate, create, develop and maintain the procedural documents for the team.
• Manage the training and development requirements of direct reports.
• Ensure the customer service team is fully aware of KPIs and goals.
• Supporting the Customer Service Manager with other line management responsibilities including appraisal, absence and performance management of the customer service team.

To succeed in the role
• Experience working in a customer facing or call centre environment.
• Good telephone manner
• Someone who wants to always give great service and go the extra mile
• Great communication skills
• Proactive approach and a can do attitude
