Job Description

Location: Birmingham Business Park Solihull Parkway and Melton Mobray
Pay rate: £12.77 per hour
Hours: Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Type of role: contract 6 months +
Working hours: 07:50 - 18:10 Monday - Friday & 08.00 - 13.00 on Saturdays ( in Saturday in 12 weeks)

My client is currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Person who will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls in provision of car rental. You will be managing all rental calls to meet Service Level Agreements and this will include taking customers' detailed requirements and raising the rental bookings

Managing all external suppliers due to terms and overdue hires, including
Proactively tracking due dates and handovers
Liaising with customers & suppliers when overdue hires occur
Updating records and ensuring billing accuracy
Managing the allocation of hire vehicles by: sourcing the correct vehicle type, using internal vehicles where possible, using the most cost effective supplier
Billing for hires, which will involve an element of both manual work as well as system generated billing
Provide daily productivity reporting specific to the Rental Team
Computer Skills for data inputting to systems and management of computer based applications ensuring Data accuracy to ensure completion right first time
Good Customer Service and communication skills
Be able to follow set process to complete tasks
Be able to work as part of a team to collectively be able to complete the work in the required time frame
Self-motivated and requiring little supervision once trained
Background in Rental would be desirable
