An oppotunnity has opened in the Swindon area for those living in and around Bristol.
We are currently searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join an energetic and proactive team who are dedicated to giving great customer service and achieving first contact resolution.
This role is based in Swindon and is offering a salary of up to £23,000 depending on skills and experience.

This role provides you with training on tap to help you support our customers with structured shifts to help your work-life balance.

You'll be working 36 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday - Friday. You'll also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays, for this you will be given time off during the week.
Your role as Customer Service Advisor will involve the following:
Supporting customers and talking them through any queries or issues regarding their bills, meters and other service-related concerns or enquiries.
Communicating confidently through a variety of channels - phone, email and letter.
Being able to empathise with the customer and taking the time to understand their query to identify the best solution.
Focusing on resolution at first contact to ensure the customer is satisfied and will not need to make further contact.
Taking ownership of the customers' query and doing whatever it takes to get their query resolved first time.

The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills/experience:
A highly motivated individual with a positive approach and a passion to get things right first time for each customer.
Curious in understanding customer needs and tenacious in doing what needs to be done to achieve the right outcome for each customer.
Proactive and a self-learner who constantly looks to improve and deliver for each customer.
Experience in dealing with high volumes of calls would be a bonus, as would experience of writing to customers, but this is not essential - it's all about having the right attitude!
