Job Description

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Service Adviser to join a professional organisation with modern offices in central Birmingham.

You will be providing support via written correspondence and telephone, directly resolving matters on a first contact basis, you will have the ability the learn and become fully trained on all lines within the contact centre and deal with a full range of complex queries.

-Answers and resolves a high volume of calls, e mails and correspondence with varies complexity from a range of customers, including the public and legal professionals.
-Working to set quality standards, targets and service levels within a real time environment
-Maintains accurate records by logging and tracking calls and ensuring that all relevant information is updated on the system
-Resolve technical queries that stakeholders may have in relation to online systems
-Work with colleagues in other departments and teams to resolve customer queries

To be considered for this role you must have worked in a customer service environment previously
-Experience in working in a high pressured customer service environment
-Ability to assimilate a large volume of complex information and to interpret the information to customers without the use of scripts
-Ability to work in a flexible and changing environment
-Manages own workload
-Able to multitask and navigate through IT systems

The company are offering a salary of £17,094 with Monday to Friday working days and a rota of 8-4/9-5/10-6, fantastic benefits package
