Job Description

Our client based in Manchester City Centre is looking for their next Customer Service Advisor to join their Insurance Division covering Renewals and First Notification of Loss department. 

You will be joining a well-established company who are looking to take on Temporary candidates for a minimum of 10 weeks to then a Permanent contract. 
You must have a minimum of 6 months experience, accurate keyboard skills, initiative, empathetic and enthusiasm. 
You will be working in pods of teams in a corporate company. 
Salary is £19,480 and dress code is smart // Business dress. 

You must also pass a Credit check and DBS check.

Our client is really invested in progression and training the right person, so you will go on a 6 week training course which will start at 9am and finish at 17:30, Monday – Friday.
Your day will look like:
  • Answering Inbound calls regarding Insurance 
  • Quoting insurance deals 
  • Sending out emails regarding auto-renewals 
  • Passing detailed messages over to the claims handlers 
You will be working a 37.5 hour week on a shift hour basis and two in every four weekends. Shift patterns are provided 4 weeks in advance. 

Interviewing process will be a one stage interview with our Temps consultant Chloe along with one assessment accompanied with a 1 stage face to face interview with the hiring manager.
