Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, to join a successful and well-established, company based in Bromsgrove. This is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to kick start your Customer Service career, within a rapidly growing business.

This a full time, permanent position with a salary of £16,000 per annum

Duties will include:

• Handling all customer enquiries including customer orders, amendments, cancellation requests, scheduling deliveries and all other product related enquiries.
• Create outstanding customer confidence in the service and products, striving to delight each customer and continually looking to exceed expectations.
• Provide support, training and coaching to other team members as reasonably expected and required.
• Participate as a helpdesk expert on related projects and initiatives, aimed at improving both our processes and customer experience.

Skills and Experience needed:

• Must be able to drive and have own transport, due to location
• Experience working within a customer service environment.

• Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints at first point of contact.

• A high level of accuracy in work and a confident telephone manner
