|Salary||£9.83 per hour||Sector||Call Centre & Customer Service|
You will be required to take inbound calls from a wide range of banking customers in an efficient and effective manner - providing the highest level of customer service by aiming to meet the needs of customers at the first point of contact.
4-5 weeks of paid training will be provided for this role.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Have good attention to detail as you may be required to review documents i.e payslips and bank statements.
- Have an excellent telephone manner, competent IT skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Monday-Sunday as per Rota. Successful applciant will be flexible to work early mornings and late evenings as required.
£9.83 p/hr (including unsociable pay uplift and holiday pay).
