Are you looking for a Temporary role? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in Purfleet (not far from Lakeside Shopping Centre) for ongoing customer service work. We are seeking an experienced Administrator or Customer Service Executive who is able to resolve queries and reach a resolution? You will be passionate about problem solving and handling investigations and will have worked with people in the past.

You will be working on site at our client's distribution depot and you will be assisting in the day to day operations enabling you to resolve customer queries. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for:

Managing a queue of queries ranging from clients to end customers.
Using a CRM system to prioritise workload, ensuring a timely response to all customer queries.
Adhering to company compliance and escalate any discrepancies to the compliance managers.
Handling investigations into queries and complaints to reach a resolution.
Updating Data on Excel workbooks and inputting information.Successful applicants will be:

Have experience of end to end case management in a Customer Service setting.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Use Microsoft Excel to at least a basic level
Adapt to change and new systems
Have access to the internet at home should Covid-19 guidance require home working at any time.In return our client offers:

An hourly rate of £9.50
Full time working hours (39 hours a week) between the hours of 8-6. This will be over 5 days out of the 7 and will include weekend working.
