Job Description

I currently have an exciting opportunity for an Installations Administrator to join a highly successful company based in Bromsgrove. The company are offering a very competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000. This is a full time role working 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The company have professional offices that are easily commutable with free onsite parking. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity so I am looking for candidates who are available for an immediate start.

This is a varied role including dealing with Customer and Clients and also the engineers within the company. Duties in the position will include:

*Answering inbound calls and providing Customer Service
*General Administrative tasks to support
*Raising Purchase Orders
*Managing Reports on a daily basis from engineers
*responsible for booking travel including flights and accommodation for engineers
*Dealing with new contractors, suppliers and clients

I am looking for candidates that have a proven Administrative background for this position. This is a varied role including Customer Service and Administrative tasks. This role also includes elements and scheduling and diary management so any experience with this would also be an advantage.
