Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join a successful company based in Redditch on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a small but hard working and close knit team.

This is a Temporary to Permanent, full time role working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. The salary is around £18,000 but there could be some movement on this for the perfect candidate so please APPLY! This role will be an immediate start so I require candidate who are NOT currently working in a permanent role.

This is a Customer Service position so I am looking for candidates who have an interest in this career path or have a Customer Service background. The company have expressed that they are happy to provide training for the right candidate for this position.

Duties included will be:
*Providing outstanding Customer Service at all times to the companies clients and customers
*Attracting potential new customers by answering service questions and suggesting other products and services
*General Administration including opening/maintaining customer accounts
*Processing and inputting quotes and orders
*Resolving queries on products or services and providing a resolution

I am looking for a team player for this role as this is a small but very busy and hardworking team. You must be proactive and able to work independently too. You should be a fantastic communicator and confident but friendly on the phone. This is a busy role so you should be highly organised and driven to exceed customer expectations.
