Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a growing and innovative company based in Redditch. The ideal candidate must have experience with processing orders, raising invoices and providing customer quotes. If you have experience within Customer Service, Administration, Sales Admin or Account Management, this is an exciting opportunity to be considered.

This is a Full Time, Permanent role with a salary from £20,000 - £21,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming customer calls
• Learning the products offered and processing orders via in-house computer system
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Providing customer quotes and raising invoices
• Dealing with customer requests and orders from our Amazon channel
• Managing stock of some product lines
• Managing relationships with some partners ensuring customers needs are met

The ideal candidate will have:

• A confident telephone manner, used to dealing with inbound calls from customers
• Experience processing customer orders
• A confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
