Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a company based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company that are currently experiencing a period of growth. Any experience with the following would be an advantage, administration, customer service, customer service advisor, call centre, distribution, order processing, sales administration.
This is a Permanent, Full Time role with a salary of £16,500
Working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

• Assist with Sales orders & invoicing
• Courier Tracking and updates
• Deliver customer service support to internal & external customers
• Gain full understanding of product range
• Gain full understanding of distribution procedures
• Pick and Ship daily consignment orders

Skills and Experience needed:

• Previous experience in Customer Service/Admin/ Distribution would be an advantage
• Good Microsoft Excel/Data Base/Word Processing Skills.
• Good attention to detail
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
