Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join the experienced and dedicated team. If you have previous experience in Customer Service, Admin, Export, this is an exciting position to be considered.

This is a Full Time, Permanent opportunity, based in Alcester, with a salary of £17,000.

Must be able to drive due to location

Duties will include:

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Supporting senior members with admin duties
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Overseeing the order process
• Dealing with Export documentation
• Developing good relationships

Ideal Candidate:
• Good Microsoft Excel/Data Base skills.
• Ability to problem solve and use own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm to listen and learn
• Must be able to drive due to location
