We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for someone to join a long standing organisation on a temporary to permanent basis. The position will be working as a Customer Service Administrator offering support to all departments to ensure exception service is provided

This job is well suited to someone who has a passion for providing great Customer Service, works well as part of a team, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Provide Customers with information to address enquiries/orders regarding our products and services
• Accurately processing Customer orders, preparing correspondence and fulfilling customer needs to ensure Customer satisfaction
• General Office Administration duties including Scanning, Filing and Answering the Telephone dealing with any enquires
• Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the Customer Service team
• Liaising with Managers to provide reports and requested information along with feedback regarding any support needed
• Liaising with other departments to ensure Customer expectations are resolved in a timely manner
• Update CRM database quickly and accurately

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £16-17K dependent on experience
