Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a very successful and rapidly expanding company based in a town centre location? I am looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join a hard working team initially and a temporary basis. There could be permanent opportunities on offer within the business for the right candidate. The company have professional offices that are easily commutable due to their location.

This is a full time position working 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and the pay rate will be £7.93 - £8.21 per hour initially. This is a temporary position so I am looking for candidates who aren't currently working and who can start straight away.

Duties will include:
*Maintaining professional communication with clients to meet their expectations
*Booking appointments using the company's in house system
*Managing and recording data
*Managing a designated email inbox
*Ensuring a quality customer experience is delivered at all times

I am looking for someone with experience within an administrative position in a business environment. You will need to be confident on the phone as you will be talking to clients and arranging appointments. If you have come from a scheduling background this would also be an advantage.
