Customer Service Administrator
Salary - £19,000 to £23,000
Monday to Friday - full time

My client based out of Tewkesbury, are looking for outstanding Customer service providers, to join their team on a full time basis.

- To take all inbound phone calls
- Providing an exceptional customer service whilst fact finding and then sign posting appropriately
- Provide the first point of call for customer care issues
- Track progress to completion with the Operations Manager of issues
- Provide Central Contact point for all customers
- Book assessments for Sales assessors
- Prepare quotations for all Customers
- Assist with Product Selection for Customers
- Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in line with company policy
- Liaise internally with all departments to ensure that all Customers receive a 360 service
- Process Customer Sales Orders before passing to purchasing (5-15 per day)
- Develop & maintain the Salesforce CRM within the business
- Attend monthly sales meetings and report as required
- Provide additional support as required by the Business

- Requires strong communication skills
- The successful candidate will have a very organised approach to work
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Up & Cross Sell to existing customers
- Able to pass a DBS check
- Experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
- Must be computer literate, with excellent attention to detail

This is a very fast paced role, candidates need to be proactive and able to deal with the pressures of a busy sales environment.
