Salary £19000 - £21000 per annum Sector Call Centre & Customer Service
Our client based in Northampton are seeking a Customer Services Executive to join their busy Customer Service department.

Responsibilities:-
  • Manage own daily workload and help and support colleagues with theirs to ensure all work is complete by end of the day
  • Support the Sales Team as needed
  • Increase sales at all opportunities by upselling and proactively contacting customers with offers
  • Answer phones and customer emails promptly and politely at all times
  • Responsible for own group of customers
  • Liaising with all other departments within the company to resolve customer queries
  • Process orders received by email, fax, phone and post onto the in house system
  • Take credit card payments
Skills / Experience:-
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of attention to detail
  • A professional approach to dealing with customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
