You will be responsible for handling high volume of incoming calls, logging of calls and booking of engineers. This is a busy department and can be pressurised at times.
You will need to be IT literate with knowledge of Word and Excel.
General administration, and database work
The role is full time and will include some Saturday working (am only).
Pay rate is £9.48 per hour, free parking
