Blue Arrow Dearne Valley are working with a nationwide outsourcing organisation, within their Contact Centre Operations. As a result of successful campaign bids, our client is looking for experienced customer service staff to support with an increased volume of inbound calls.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Working through the Outlook email enquiry queue. Investigating whether the customer has been with the client before and if they have had PPI. If it is a valid claim, work out the refund and send it on to BMW to progress.
Required Attributes:

  • 6 Months Customer Service Experience
  • Call Centre Experience
  • Strong Administrative Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
Additional Information:

  • Temporary contract from July – October 2019
  • Operational Hours: 9am-5pm
