Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis to work within a call centre taking customer queries for a large retail company based in Redditch. The company offer free parking and have professional offices with an onsite subsidised canteen. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the major employers in the area who offer fantastic progression and career opportunities.

The Contact Centre Advisor will be experienced in first class customer service and be empathetic towards the needs of the callers. Working within a busy team, you will be required to input data on to the company system and resolve all queries in a timely and courteous manner. The working hours are 8-4:30 or 9:30-6 Monday to Friday alternating weekly (you will also be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays 8-4:30 but will have a lieu day in the week) and the starting pay rate is £8.21 per hour.

If you have previous Customer Service experience either in an office or face to face/retail, this would be ideal. It is not a necessity to have come from this background though as the company are happy to provide training. I am looking for proactive and personable candidates who work well in a team and have excellent attention to detail.
