Skills, experiences and attributes needed :
• Previous experience delivering excellent customer service within hospitality , retail or call centre.
• Computer literate.
• Experience working in a fast paced office environment.
• Efficient, Organised, flexible and able to multi-task.
• Team player.

Duties to include :
• Answering inbound calls.
• Resolving customers queries.
• Resolve enquires accurately and efficiently.
• Effectively handle customer objections.
• Updating customer details, compliance led.
