One of the leading social research agencies in the country are looking for Telephone Interviewer's. With a turnover approaching £6 million per annum their clients include central government departments, government agencies, local authorities, housing associations and other social landlords, police forces and the health sector.

We pay a basic hourly rate at £6.50 per hour for under 21 year olds, £7.83 per hour for 21 - 24 year olds & £8.21 per hour for 25+.
You can also earn monthly bonuses in the role.

Ideal applicants will hold the following skills and experience:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o A professional manner and an aptitude for providing quality customer service.
o Previous experience within a Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Retail or Telesales role is preferable but not essential as we provide full and ongoing training.
