|Salary||£8.21 per hour||Sector||Call Centre & Customer Service|
Main Duties will include:
*Providing Customer Service to the companies high profile clients.
*Dealing with any after sales queries and questions
*Be able to resolve minor problems with products over the phone (training will be given)
*liaise regularly with parent company and product managers to resolve customer queries where needed
*Arrange repair or service calls with engineers where necessary
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Fantastic Telephone Manner
*Confident on the phone answering queries
*Be confident to deal with complaints as this is working in an After Sales team
*Have previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience
I require candidates who are not currently working as this is an immediate requirement and you will need to be available to start straight away.
