Do you have solid Customer Service / Call Centre / Office based experince?
Are you a great communicator both written and verbal?
Main duties -
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound calling
- The ability to understand the customers' needs / requirements
- The successful candidate will also research accounts and identify decision makers and generate interest in the company via webchat / emails
- You will also input data onto the system making sure all details of the customers are up to date and correct
Skills and experince required -
- Must have previous office based customer service experince
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well as part of a team plus a positive, motivated and keen attitude are key
This role is working office hours Monday to Friday and is a full time / permanent role.
The salary for this position will be 16500 + a great commission structure
