Job Description

Do you enjoy chatting to customers and helping them ?
If you have worked in retail or dealt with customers face to face, no call centre experience is required as excellent training is provided!
You will work in a friendly team with lots of support
Salary £17,000 - plus the potential to earn up to £18,000 with our monthly bonus
Start Date Wednesday 9th January you cannot have any holidays in the following 4 weeks

You will work 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday
Shifts are as follows
8am - 4.30pm
8.30am - 5.00pm
9.00am - 5.30pm
9.30am - 6.00pm
10am - 6.30pm

You will take inbound calls in a contact, no sales call, taking inbound calls form letting agents tenants and landlords, taking enquiries regarding their deposits, and how they get their deposits back, assisting landlords with what scheme is best for them.

We are currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives to join a global Finance Company in South Bristol.

You will be working full time, 37.5 hour working week, the shifts are between 8 am - 6.30 pm, Monday - Friday and receive a starting salary of £17,000 + bonus (following completion of probation period) plus the following brilliant benefits:

The start date is Wednesday 9th January 2019 which is followed by 4 weeks of excellent training (no holiday can be taken during the 4 weeks)

Working in newly refurbished lovely offices. You will be working with an experienced set of line managers & colleagues who will provide support as & when it is needed.
