Customer Service Advisor Location: Dallkeith Road Pay Rate: £10.12 per hour Working Hours - Monday to Friday Rotational Shifts between - 08.00am - 18:00pm 9-1 every 4th saturday - NO TARGETS Pertemps are working in partnership with Lloyds Banking Group one of the largest bank in the UK, so if you've got some experience in Customer Services, we would love to speak with you asap. JOB ROLE: We are looking for Telephony Advisors for an amazing opportunity working with one of the largest banks in the UK. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Working in Retirement /Protections Pensions - Responsible for delivering exceptional service over the phone. Take ownership of customer problems solving them at first point of contact and escalate when required NO TARGETS - Take ownership of customers/ clients problems, solving them at first point of contact through work flow process and escalate when required - Working in a team environment in an open plan office SKILLS REQUIRED: - Good Communication- Written and Oral - Take ownership of customer requests - Computer literate - Understanding and Interpreting Data at a basic level - Flexible, Adaptable and able to adapt to changes Excellent trainig - 5-6- weeks Potential for extension to permanent position Gain experience and new skills If you are successful you will be required to pass a CREDIT CHECK and DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND CHECK..
