Main responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Executive you will be building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies. You will be conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services while alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales. Working to targets and KPIs will play an important part to the role. You will also work closely with account managers, ensuring we are providing the best service possible.

The Customer Relationship Executive position plays a vital part in ensuring Speedy are providing industry excellence, in return you will thrive in a welcoming atmosphere where team work plays a huge part. Ideal candidate
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous sales experience and an organised approach to work.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.

Desirable -

  • Previous experience working as a client relationship executive or a track record of managing client relationships.
