You will be joining a well-established company and obtain a minimum of 6 months experience within Customer Service.
You should be proative, have good keyboard skills and tunatious.
This is a temp to perm position and the salary is £19,480 and dress code is Smart // Business dress.
You must also pass a Credit check and DBS check.
Our client is invested in progression and training the right candidates. You will go on a 6 week training course which will start at 9am and finish at 17:30 in the Ciy Centre, Monday – Friday.
Your duties will include:
- Answering Inbound calls regarding Insurance
- Quoting insurance deals
- Sending out emails regarding auto-renewals
- Passing detailed messages over to the claims handlers
Shift patterns are provided 4 weeks in advance.
Interviewing process will be a 2 stage process.
