Salary Up to £8.65 per hour Sector Call Centre & Customer Service

My Client is looking for a candidate with great customer service experience to join them in their growing department within the drinks industry.

Purpose of the role:

To manage and handle customer service enquiries for a number of contracts within the drinks industry. working with customers and operations to provide quality customer service.

General Accountabilities:

  • Managing customer queries in line with correct processes
  • Working in a team environment
  • Working in a safe manner
  • Operating IT systems
  • Providing customer service to both internal and external customer

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday

8am - 8pm

Contract:

6 months ongoing - potential permenant position

Due to the location of the role, we ideally need someone who drives due to public transport not always being available at the location.
