Job Description

My high profiled client is looking for experienced customer service individuals who can travel to Coleshill for a fast paced customer service role.

The Role: Customer Experience Team Membership

Duration: 6 Months (ongoing)

Working Hours: 8am - 8pm

Working Days: Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturday)

Purpose of the role:
To manage and handle customer service enquiries for a number of contracts within the drinks industry. working with customers and operations to provide quality customer service.

General Accountabilities:

  • Managing customer service queries in line with agreed processes
  • Working in a team environment
  • Working in a safe manner
  • Operating IT-systems - as required
  • Working to contractually agreed timescales
  • Provide customer service to both internal and external customers

Local Accountabilities:

  • Service charter times
  • System requirements
  • Operational Documentation
  • Customer agreed service procedures
  • Quality standards

Skills / Experience:

  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communicatiohn skills
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Knowledge of Tradeteam host systems
  • Due to remote location, own transport is required
