Customer Experience Enquiries Assistant  

19 hours per week

£17,088 per annum, pro rata (£8774.91 actual)

Who we are looking for? 

The Customer Experience Team is looking for an enthusiastic, patient, friendly and organised person to join them in this customer focused role. 

Based at one of our two busy reception desks, you will need to be able to work to your own initiative and have excellent communication skills.  

Duties will include: greeting visitors, answering and redirecting calls, supporting learners and staff and assisting with telephone and email enquiries.  

Due to the current situation, job roles include assisting with people’s temperatures, guiding through the one way system and ensuring that people are following the College’s Covid-19 guidelines.  

Previous Reception/customer service experience is essential.  

This is a 19 hours per week, year-round (permanent) post and the hours are: 

Term time – Wednesday 1.00pm – 5.30pm 

                   Thursday 10.00am – 6.00pm 

                   Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm 

Holidays – Wednesday 1.00pm – 5.00pm 

                Thursday and Friday - 8.30am – 5.00pm
