Customer Contact Advisor x2

* Part time, 12 hours per week, covering 2 shifts to be worked at weekends

* £19,858.00 pro rata per annum

An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Control Centre team based at Willow Vale in Bedlington. Upon completion of training the successful applicant will have the opportunity of homeworking should this suit their preference.

As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will provide a frontline call response for Bernicia's Community Alarm and Out of Hours Repairs Service. Sometimes the nature of these calls involves dealing with people experiencing difficult or emergency situations where empathy, problem solving and customer service skills are essential. You must also be confident in the use of various IT systems.
