Job Description

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Dealing with enquiries for all departments and ensuring that all personal details are maintained by following the audit plan as agreed with the Head of Customer Care
Adhering to Data Protection regulation on sharing information
Accepting details regarding changes in, or amendments to, their personal data held, verifying those changes and, where appropriate, amending the records.
Dealing with enquiries from FA's regarding the progress of applications and the payment of commission
Processing literature requests and filing all request sheets for both literature and for new personal illustrations
Receiving telephone and email requests from FA's; producing and sending client specific personal illustrations on request in support of applications for, or variation of terms of, contracts, with appropriate sales literature
Maintaining FA/Firm details on the CRM system in relation to all communications activity, ensuring all information is kept current where possible
Accurately recording and onward managing any registered complaints
Online application registration, Credit Safe checks on suitability and password management
Managing commission queries and issuing statements
Provide reception cover

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum grade 'C' GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English
Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Ideally you will be CII accredited or working towards the Certificate or have had a CPD gained within the Financial Services industry
Recognised training within Customer Services or Insurance
