Job Description

We are currently undertaking a project for our client. They are a locally based Rail Company that is currently recruiting a new staff member.

Job Title: Customer Assistance Staff

Start Date: 23rd December 2019
Pay Rates: Monday to Friday £9.00 per Hour, Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays £10.00 per hour.
Duration: 2 - 3 Months

Shifts Available:
* 21.00 - 01.00

Job Role:
Your role is to provide GWR customers with a positive customer experience during the busy times at the station. The role is called Customer Assist and I could be answering questions about train times, directing passengers to platforms , exits etc.

Training will be given, but good customer service is key.

You will be expected to provide clear information to customers including; journey information, location of station facilities, and general ad-hoc information.
