We are looking for a Customer Administrator to join a stable and growing business in Redditch. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team within an organisation that focuses on people development and rewarding talent; you will be working in a modern office with free parking.

Full Time, Permanent opportunity
Salary £18,500 - £19,250
Hours Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm

Role and responsibilities of a Customer Administrator:
• Dealing with any queries or questions from customers
• You will be in charge of your own customer accounts
• Data processing on excel
• Handling customer data
• Dealing with both inbound and outbound phone calls daily
• Updating customers on their orders
• Answering any questions in regards to the order portal


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience dealing with customers both on the phone and email
• Must be confident on the phone
• Must have good Excel Skills
• Excellent communication skills
