Job Description

As a CRM administrator you will be joining Cromwell’s Sales Effectiveness Team during what is an exciting time for our global Organisation.

Your new role

Joining the sales team, you will be supporting the Sales and Operations departments with CRM expertise, supporting the implementation and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce, particularly ServiceCloud. This role will also focus on the creation and interpretation of performance metric reports, presenting analytical insights to colleagues through engaging and interactive dashboards in an efficient and timely manner.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a proven experience as a CRM Administrator and Experience working with Salesforce, or similar CRM equivalents. Ideally you will have previous experience of introducing new CRM systems across a business and knowledge of report writing tools and experience of data analysis and manipulating spreadsheets. Experience working with BI Tools, e.g Qlik Sense and of training others in CRM usage would be desirable.

  • Strong BI concept knowledge
  • Able to support non-technical audiences in complicated technical concepts and data systems
  • Flexibility to provide support outside of core business hours
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Effective project management skills
  • Remains up to date in data management and CRM solutions
