We’re currently lookingfor individuals to join our Credit Management team to support us with this.

In recent months we havefound ourselves supporting more customers as they adjust to the unprecedentedcircumstances brought about by COVID-19. We know that these customers need to speakto someone who can understand their situation and do all they can to find asolution that works for them, as well as Skipton Building Society.

Through listening carefullyto their circumstances and working together to identify a solution, you will beusing your exceptional communication skills and flair for building greatrelationships.  As part of the team we will be focussing on yourindividual development as you build your skills, knowledge and experience.Within the role you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls, carryingout administration work and working with the team to share ideas.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for candidateswith all levels of collections experience who are motivated and customerfocused to join our fast paced credit management team. The ideal candidate willbe highly organised and able to achieve the right outcomes for our customersespecially during this exceptional time. The successful candidate will have agood attention to detail and be able to use their own initiative.
